This session is all about how to design your widget with your users in mind. We show how to include user research in your development process, introduce you to available user experience resources especially created for widget developers and explain how to use them effectively.

Martina Joisten is a UE Design Lead at Vodafone. She is the co-author of the Vodafone User Experience Guidelines and Mobile Widget Design Patterns. Before she joined Vodafone, she managed international user research projects and developed new research designs for communication technology and mobile services.

Russell Sese is a Service Design consultant at Seren working with Vodafone’s User Experience team. He is the co-author of the Vodafone User Experience Guidelines. When not at Vodafone, he’s helping people and companies to work and play together, with the intention of creating amazing experiences for customers every day whenever they engage with the company’s brand.
